- Installed new 480V electrical service
- New water service with meter pit for 3″ domestic line and RPZ
- Installed Xetex AHU as required for OR procedures
- Managed install of med gas system and SPD area with washer, sterilizer, pass through window, three basin sink and other equipment provided by Steris
- Seven (7) Adjoining Stay Suites for post-operative recovery, zoned as R-4
